Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Hillcrest Meats five (5) days after the date sent.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Hillcrest Meats ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States only. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to your location. Hillcrest Meats will not be liable for spoilage of products that have been delivered on time.; Once the product is delivered, it is your responsibility to move the product to refrigeration.
Hillcrest Meats does not ship outside the continental United States.
Hillcrest Meats charges sales tax for products ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Hillcrest Meats will not collect and remit tax on orders shipped outside the state of South Dakota. Products may still be subject to your state’s sales or use taxes. It is your responsibility to check local laws and remit payment for any local taxes that are due.
You may purchase products from this Web site by using any one of the payment options offered during checkout. Hillcrest Meats reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Before sending any item(s), you must call 605-351-2182 to get prior authorization before returning any product, regardless of the reason, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.
To return an item, you must contact us within 7 days from the date your package arrives. Hillcrest Meats is not responsible for any damages or loss of returned packages. We cannot process refunds on any damaged or used items. Any damaged items will be returned to the customer through the best shipping method.
